There is a certified Well on 57+ acres at the base of the infamous Starvation Peak. There are many optional pastoral home sites next too and near the well that is in place. Vast panoramic views of hills, mountains and valleys surround these possible secluded home sites. The slumbering Hermits Peak to the West is clearly seen in the distance. Tall pine trees, junipers and pions are as thick on the ground as curiously shaped rocks and boulders. Immense areas of flat rocks that form an old road that lead to a former homesite, a hand built stone house that the original homeowner built. While this house no longer exists, the remnants remain. Moss covered rocks and ancient stone flake tools of chert, obsidian and other relics are scattered about the land. Truly a beauty not to be missed.
